Army Dog Was Abandoned After His Years Of Service – He Finds His Way Back To His Original Handler
Army Dog Ikor served many years in Afghanistan as a tactical explosive detection dog. He hunted down bombs on the roadsides with his handlers. However, when he retired, he wasn’t given the proper welcome.
The work that Ikor had waiting for him back at home suddenly wasn’t there, so he was put away in a kennel temporarily. After 17 long months it was clear they weren’t going to use him once more. That’s when organization Mission K9 Rescue stepped in and tracked down Ikor’s original handler.
The two couldn’t have been more happy!
