After it was petted and pawed by dozens of people, it was left discarded on the beach. Its usefulness was only to be a social media prop. It was left coated in sand and died of dehydration. It was several feet from the water, yet no one returned it back.

There are only around 30,000 of the subspecies remaining, the La Plata dolphins. Their lifespan is about 20 years, and are considered on the verge of extinction. Let us pray that people will stop doing insensible things to God’s creation!
