Conservationists Spot A Rhino That Was Thought To Be Extinct
The World Wildlife Fund for Nature organization has just confirmed that the once thought to be extinct Sumatran Rhinoceros has been spotted in the wild.
The rhino was spotted in the Indonesian Borneo for the first time in 40 years. Up Until now the only way humans have seen such magnificent creatures was with camera traps and footprints. With only 100 of their species remaining, it is no wonder how these news are making headlines.
The female rhino that was spotted was safely captured and was moved to a protected forest where a new breeding population will be started.
