A two-way mirror might look like a normal mirror from a typical standing distance, but behind that mirror, there is either a camera or another room that allows people to look in but not be looked at.

Alabama, Arkansas, California, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Kansas, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, New Hampshire, South Dakota, and Utah have all banned hidden surveillance in dressing rooms.
