Music Superstars John Legend And Juanes Hold Concert To Raise Awareness Of Human Mistreatment Of Immigrants

Incarcerated immigrants detained at the Eloy Detention Center in Arizona were able to forget their troubles briefly as megastars John Legend and Juanes sang to them right outside of prison walls.

As a part of campaign #FreeAmerica, both musical superstars came together to try and raise awareness to the public against corporations that keep benefiting from the incarceration of immigrants.wwww

The artists were welcomed by the pro-immigrant organization PUENTE, which is known for denouncing the horrific truths that have taken place in this detention center.

There is approximately 1,500 prisoners waiting to be deported back to their home countries. The detention center has a long history of human rights violations, including multiple suspicious murders.
