Good Samaritan Brings Water To 250 Families Monthly

Just 100 miles west of the Albuquerque, N.M., lies a small community of the Navajo Nation. These people are living on their sacred lands without access to running water. Every single person on this reservation relies on just one person to provide them with the essence of life that is water. Darlene Arviso drives a tanker truck filled with water to make monthly deliveries to 250 families. These Navajo natives do not have running water, and often have to reuse the water they bathe with.

The bible speaks of acts of kindness like Darlene’s. Jesus’ parable of the good Samaritan states that you should treat others the way you would like to be treated, regardless of any differences you might seem to have.
