The little girl whose scalp was torn off by a carnival ride at a Cinco-de-Mayo event is speaking for the first time since the incident.

Elizabeth Gilreath, nicknamed Lulu, update the media on her recovery. She still has double vision, but can see from both eyes, a radical improvement since she could only see from her right eye previously.
