“I first thought my miscarriage was shameful, and unusual. I’ve since learned that it’s just something women don’t want to talk about — but should.”
Jennifer’s very first pregnancy became her very first miscarriage. A world of torment came over her mind when she went in for her first ultrasound. There was no sign of anything growing in her uterus. She was told to come back in two weeks to see if there would be any growth. In case there wasn’t, the probability of her having a miscarriage would skyrocket.
Unfortunately, no growth had taken place by the time of her second ultrasound.
Today, Jennifer’s mission is to bring awareness and comfort to women that have been in her situation. Women all over, should know that there are others out there that are looking, if not, already sharing their love and support.
“The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all.” –Psalm 34:18-19
